I felt I had to write and let you know that we had a lovely evening with friends on Saturday and cooked your onion bhaji's, pork vindaloo, chicken jalfrezi and bombay potatoes. It was an amazing success, our guests did not stop complimenting us on our cooking! We now have a waiting list of family that want to be invited!

We made the potatoes & curries in the afternoon before they came & just warmed them up in the oven, at least that way we could play host without the need to spend too long in the kitchen. The recipes are so easy to follow and we thoroughly enjoyed making them all.

I also researched some pickles to accompany the popadoms and bhaji's (mint and tamarind raitha and an onion relish), which were delicious but very hard to resarch on line. I found there to be alot of forums and alot of people trying to find the same thing as me. It may be in your interest to investigate the possibility of introducing something like this to your product selection!

Anyway, thank you again - we are very glad we found you at Knebworth in the summer!

Dear Don,

We are all neighbours in a small hamlet on the Essex side of the border with East Hertfordshire. The eight of us get together at times to have a pleasant social evening and to generally unwind and relax. In the past we have had more traditional meals together or we have gone out for a meal. This time Peter and I thought that having used your foods before, they would make an ideal choice for an evening with a slight difference.

It certainly worked! Not only did the evening go well but we almost forgot to take photographs!!

We added a little more meat as you suggested. We found all of the curries well received; in fact almost everyone decided to try each different curry as they found them so delicious. Not only was the food enjoyed but discussions sprung up about the different 'tastes' that our friends could find in each curry which led to even more helpings!

It was a really successful evening which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. In fact our neighbours are still talking about it!

Thank you Don for all of your help, your suggestions - and for your wonderful products. On this evening we used Lamb Rogan Josh, Goan Pork Vindaloo, Aloo Gobi and Chicken Jalfrezi as well as a few side dishes of our own (various yoghourt dishes etc).
